Paul was emailed to come and fix the lock on our master meter box as it had rusted away. Not only was the email replied to, but the job was done the same day and to a very high quality. Can't but help say how good Matt was to deal with! Had an issue with a lock on our holiday house, and after hearing another company on Radio then ringing them, and getting attitude, I recommend everyone uses Matt! From the first phone call and Matts' willingness to help, I highly commend him! Keep up the great attitude to Service Matt!

We are very satisfied with our new fence. Each step of the service was polite, professional and completed in a timely manner. The first step was online with an approximate quote and this was followed by a phone call, an estimater did a site visit and, once we accepted the quote, our fence was installed by a very competent chap within a week. We couldn't be happier with the result.

I had the pleasure of recently completing a Cert II in Security Operations at Core Security, and I can absolutely say that I've learnt way more than I thought I would! The team there are just phenomenal and have a lot of wisdom to share from their time in the industry, which is just invaluable to those just stepping into it for the first time.Special thank you to instructor Rob for his charm and capabilities! Classes never felt stiff and insufferable, and there was always a positive and jokey atmosphere! His nicknames for students are very creative!

We have experienced terrible customer service. For over 3 months ( A job we were told would be fixed in 2 weeks) we have had a faulty alarm system in which ADT have continued to charge a monitoring fee while we have no working alarm.I phoned ADT several times to lodge an official complaint and no one has even bothered to contact me in 3 months.We have been inconvenienced 4 times by them sending 4 different individuals to our home with no outcome of a working alarm and no clue on why our alarm was not working. We were also left with a nice hole in the ceiling.ADT did not communicated with us what would be happening with our alarm or even an estimated time it would be fixed.They have no consistency as they keep transferring you from one department to another with no one being able to give us any answers.Everyone we spoke to would drop the blame on another department.I am so disappointed with the service we received from ADT, you would think they would have better customer service or respect for long standing customers.Finally we had a tradesman Paul come to our house and knew what the issue was with our alarm and fixed it. Thank you Paul for your efficiency. We finally feel safe at home again after 3 months.

I do work for this company so I may be a bit bias but i enjoy working for them and we do a lot of varied things everything from static work to secure record storage

The trainers are very good at teaching the important aspects of security work. Gary, Hugh and Issy know their stuff and will get you good results if you do the hard work. A great place to get your security certs.

Honestly I have never seen worse customer service in any security company in my life you have an office the size of a toilet and your staff are ether rude or up them self's stay well clear from this company believe me
