SSTT SECURITY

I have been in the Security game for over 5 years now and was almost ready to give it up as us security guards are treated like dirt by employers who don’t pay us correctly, don’t pay out super, never pay on time, and if we get hurt we never get covered as most the time these security companies don’t have worker’s compensation insurance to begin with.A veteran mate of mine put me onto SSTT Security as they know the guy who runs the show. For starters they’re easy to contact and are very friendly and thorough. An online enquiry turned into a 30 minute chat on the phone with Sean the Director. We touched on many topics and he was genuinely interested in getting to know me and hear my story, people who listen are rare these days.So I sent through my resume and security tag details, a quick police check and Sean’s wife Bella the Office manager sent me out a joining pack that had an employee handbook, code of conduct, employee welcome letter, policies & procedures, Fair Work Ombudsman pay scale and entitlements, and a copy of the front pages of the public indemnity and worker’s compensation insurance policies, this is so strange for me to have such transparency it’s usually so vague.It was in passing that Sean mentioned that unsuccessful candidates and competition had been leaving negative reviews so I thought I’d jump on here and write my very first google review, not bad for this old boy.Oh I almost forgot SSTT Security supply the uniforms to their staff, I couldn’t believe it but Sean guided me to where the Fair Work Ombudsman stipulates that this is actually a requirement of the employer.Trust the veterans to get Security right and look after people. I can’t wait for my first shift just hope I get through all this reading that was sent my way.

Sean, the company director, is an internet troll and likes to humiliate and ridicule people with a disability. This is not the only online review that mentions this.He seems to get satisfaction from being a keyboard warrior.Very unprofessional.He purports to hold government security contracts which I find extraordinary and will investigate further with the relevant minister this week.

Guys if you’re going to make negative reviews at least try to do so with real accounts and not at the same time, although I’m sure it’s the same person.The founder and director of this company is a veteran who’s wife is from PNG and who’s business partner is from Tonga, a racist he is not.If you’re having some sort of social media melt down in an attempt to destroy someone at least have a bit more class and credibility then this. You need to have credibility before trying to destroy someone else’s.Also not everyone gets a job at SSTT so if you were unsuccessful just move on and become a better applicant and maybe get the job next time.

SSTT.Everyone and all of my dealings with SSTT have been just fabulous.The founder has always been professional with all my dealings with him as a person and as a business.I highly reccomended this company to many. The founder is very willing to understand and work with many as needed.Certainly not racist at all, never judges never looks down on anyone for their color or race.A fantastic company to deal with.

Worked with Sean for seven years, during which he displayed professionalism and integrity at all times, this has carried over to SSTT where he continues to provide service of the highest quality.

The team at SSTT are dedicated and determined. I sought help and advice from the owner regarding both professional and personal help with a business transaction.This company provided me with everything I needed. Doggedly chasing up any unknowns and setting my mind at ease; the process of dealing with them couldn't have gone more smoothly.Will seek assistance again into the future as needed.

SSTT security has some of the best and well trained staff in the business as i know a good handful of the employees from my days in the military, i would happily recommend SSTT to anyone that is requesting any security work, great company and great people.

See Its funny as I read below, how some people feel that slandering a buisness online is acceptable these days, and with fake accounts no less. I have had nothing but professional dealings with both the buisness owner and staff. So it begs me to belive that the three accounts below might in fact be incorrectly rating this company falsely and that is a shame. This family company is great and I would recommend their services to anyone. They are also veteran centric which is fantastic to see for once, I am also guessing here but the people below probably have no idea about serving ones country or even respecting people that have done so. Doing a great job guys hope goggle realizes these people are trolls or even worse vindictive no hopers and removes their unneeded reviews.

The professionalism and dedication shown by Sean and his team is amazing. Always willing to go that step beyond to make sure their service is second to none. As an ex serviceman his values are what he lives by and this shows in the level of service that SSTT provide. Highly recommend!!
